The Payment Plan

Each resident signs a license agreement to occupy their room for the entire school year, September - May, the rate per semester is $2,250.

Security Deposit: $400.00
Mandatory Activity Fee: $20.00
(Per Semester)


Payment Plan

The payment plan is divided equally into three payments being due August, September, and October on the 5th. This payment plan is also available for students that receive partial financial aid for any amount that is not covered by financial aid.

The license agreement fee is per student for a single occupancy study/ bedroom in a furnished apartment containing 3, 4, or 6 single study/bedrooms. Each apartment includes kitchen, living, dining, and bath facilities shared by the residents of that apartment.

At Lattimore Hall your utilities include heat, air conditioning, electric, water and sewer, trash removal, basic cable TV and wireless internet. Telephone is an optional service to be contracted directly by the resident and are not covered in the Monthly Rental Charge.

A separate, one time security deposit of $400.00 is due when the Lease Agreement is signed. The Security Deposit will be refunded with interest at the end of the Resident's Lease Term unless there are any damages to the apartment or furnishings beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Free Centro Bus Service shuttles students between campus and Lattimore Hall. a car is not a necessity at LATTIMORE HALL but parking is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee.
