Collegiate apartment suites designed and built specifically for students of Cayuga Community College. Located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, Lattimore Hall is in the heart of the historic City of Auburn and within walking distance to museums, theaters, churches, shops, restaurants, YMCA, post office, banks and a Wegman’s supermarket & pharmacy.

Each resident signs a license agreement to occupy his or her private bedroom/study and shared suite for the entire school year, September – May. The rental rate per semester is $3,750 for each student plus applicable fees and deposit as shown below.

Application Fee: $275
Security Deposit: $300
Activity Fee: $40

$615.00 is required at the time that the license agreement is signed in order to reserve your room. This amount covers a $300.00 Security Deposit, and a non-refundable $275 Application Fee and $40 Activity Fee. The Security Deposit will be refunded at the end of the Resident's License Term unless there is a breach or there are any damages or excessive wear and tear to the apartment suite or its furnishings.

December 1st : 25% due
January 1st: additional 25% due
February 1st: additional 25% due
March 1st: remaining 25% due  

The payment plan for the Fall and Spring, as noted above, is divided into four equal payments. They are due on the 1st of July, August, September, and October for the Fall semester and on the 1st of December, January, February and March for the Spring semester. This payment plan also applies to any balance due, in excess of the students total financial aid award, as noted above under Financial Aid.


Financial Aid

Confirmation of Financial Aid Award Letter will be accepted as payment for Rent.

The license agreement fee is per student for a single occupancy private bedroom/study in a furnished apartment suite. Each apartment suite includes private bedrooms/study and a kitchen, living, dining, and bath facilities that are shared by the residents of that apartment suite.

Lattimore Hall is a co-educational residence hall. Men and women may be assigned to the same floor but not the same apartment suite.
